Lawnify Client Care Guarantee: We use tailored premium products applied by licensed and trained professionals. We guarantee the services outlined in your agreement. If you are not satisfied, we will work with you to resolve the issue, or you will not be charged for the disputed service.
Lawn & Plant Care Standards: All fertilization, pest and disease control services are performed in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture guidelines, product label instructions, and relevant state and federal regulations. We follow best practices from Penn State Extension to ensure safe, effective, and environmentally responsible lawn care.
Lawn Health Care: Our Lawn Health Care program combines carefully timed fertilizer treatments with aeration, overseeding, and related renovation work to support turf color, root growth, and overall lawn health. We also offer maintenance, lime applications, and additional lawn renovation services as needed.
Weed Control and Pest Management: Broadleaf weed control is spot-applied to specific areas during active growing periods. Additional seasonal management options include pre-emergent and post-emergent treatments, surface insect management, grub control, and disease management as needed.
Service Frequency and Scheduling: We provide weekly lawn maintenance with an approximate scheduled service day. Weather or equipment delays may cause adjustments, but we will complete your service as soon as possible.
Skipping or Switching Services: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to skip a service or switch scheduling frequency.
Payment Options: Option 1: Auto-pay by credit/debit card after each service with emailed receipt. Option 2: Annual invoicing by cash, check, or Zelle.
Discounts: A 5% discount is offered if you pay upfront for the season.
Client Hub: Our Client Hub is a self-serve online portal where you can view and manage quotes, invoices, and account details.
Billing & Sales Tax: Invoices are due within 14 days. Services may be delayed or canceled due to outstanding balances. Sales tax is added where required.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel service at any time with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled day.
Insurance: Lawnify employees are covered by workers' compensation, and we maintain liability insurance for personal injury and property damage.
Additional Services: Additional services may include mulching, pruning, tree and bush planting, removals, design, lawn renovations, leaf cleanup, and related work. Additional charges may apply for extra requirements.
Ownership of Property: Acceptance of service confirms that you own the referenced property or have written permission to request work.
Underground Property: We are not responsible for underground property unless informed by you or a relevant location agency.
Working with Living Plants: Plants are living organisms affected by many factors beyond our control. No guarantee is made regarding ongoing health or growth unless specified in writing.
