Lawnify Client Care Guarantee
We use tailored premium products applied by licensed and trained professionals. We guarantee the services outlined in your agreement. If you're not satisfied, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue, or you won’t be charged for the disputed service. Our guarantee reflects our commitment to building lifelong relationships with our clients above all else.

LAWN & PLANT CARE STANDARDS: All fertilization, pest & disease control services are performed in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (PDA) guidelines, product label instructions, and relevant state and federal regulations. We follow best practices from Penn State Extension to ensure safe, effective, and environmentally responsible lawn care.

FERTILIZER AND MECHANICAL SERVICES: Our carefully timed fertilizer treatments throughout the growing season enhance turf color, promote dense root growth, and improve overall lawn health. These treatments help your lawn better withstand environmental stress, resist weeds, and recover from damage. In addition to fertilization, we offer maintenance, aeration, lime, overseeding, and lawn renovation services to ensure your lawn thrives year-round and achieves its full potential.

WEED CONTROL AND PEST MANAGEMENT: Broadleaf weed control is spot applied to specific areas during active growing periods, not over the entire lawn. Granular weed management may be broadcast. We offer pre-emergent crabgrass management in the spring and, if needed, a postemergent application later in the year. Surface insect management targets pests like chinch bugs, sod webworms, and billbugs, and we offer grub control. Disease management treatments are tailored to specific problems and may require repeat applications.

Service Frequency and Scheduling: We provide weekly or biweekly lawn maintenance with an approximate scheduled service day. While we aim to be there on your scheduled day, weather or equipment delays may cause adjustments. If we're not there on your scheduled day, we'll be there by the following day. We guarantee we will always complete your service, with no missed appointments. Our maintenance schedule runs from early spring through the last week of November, or until you decide to stop.


SKIPPING A SERVICE OR SWITCHING SCHEDULES: If you need to skip a service or transition to a biweekly schedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We offer different pricing for different weekly and biweekly schedules to accommodate your needs. Weekly service is ideal for clients seeking high-quality, consistently well-maintained lawns, particularly those with fertilization programs or irrigation systems. Biweekly service is a good option for those who just want their lawn kept in check before it gets too overgrown, but it may not be the best choice if you care about the appearance and overall health of your lawn.


PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  • Option 1: Auto Pay with Credit/Debit Card – Payments are securely stored and charged automatically after each service. Detailed receipts are sent to the provided email after each charge.


  • Option 2: Annual Invoicing – Pay once for the season using cash, check, or Zelle


DISCOUNTS: A 5% discount is offered if you pay upfront for the season.



Our Client Hub is a convenient self-serve online portal where you can view and manage everything related to your services with Lawnify, including recent quotes and past invoices. It’s all in one place, easy to access from your phone, tablet, or computer—no app download required. You can log in anytime using your email available directly through our website and we’ll email you over a link anytime there’s anything to review or pay.

BILLING & SALES TAX: All deposits will be credited to your account or applied to outstanding balances. Invoices are due within 14 days from the invoice date. Services may be delayed or canceled due to outstanding balances. Sales tax will be added as required by local jurisdiction. Clients claiming tax-exempt status must submit their exemption form.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your service at any time with no contract obligation. To cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled service day.

INSURANCE: Lawnify employees are covered by Worker’s Compensation, and we hold liability insurance for personal injury and property damage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.


ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Lawnify offers a full range of lawn care and landscaping services beyond regular maintenance, including fertilization, weed control, mulching, pruning, tree and bush planting, removal, landscape design, lawn renovations, leaf cleanups, and more. If you need additional services, please let us know in advance. Additional charges may apply for tasks like dog waste removal, bagging clippings, extra weed whacking, debris removal, or moving outdoor furniture.

OWNERSHIP OF PROPERTY: Acceptance of this agreement confirms that you own the trees and property referenced or have received written permission to work on plants not owned by you.

UNDERGROUND PROPERTY: We are not responsible for underground property unless we are informed by you or an appropriate location agency.

WORKING WITH LIVING PLANTS: Plants are living organisms affected by many factors beyond our control. No guarantee is made regarding the health, growth, or condition of any lawn or plant unless specified in writing. Fertilization treatments are designed to improve plant health, but we cannot guarantee freedom from disease, pests, or environmental stress. Fertilization inspections do not include in-depth soil or plant health assessments unless specified. Additional assessments may be recommended for an extra charge.
